Pennsic 2009 News for May:

5/3/09 - REMINDER THAT PRE-REGISTRATION FOR PENNSIC BY MAIL CLOSES ON MAY 15. YOU STILL HAVE UNTIL JUNE 15 TO PRE-REG ON LINE!

As you may or may not remember, HG suffered a fatal crash of his hard drive this past November. As a result he has lost ALL the clan information he had.

Please post your information (proper spelling of your SCA name, Birthday and address / telephone / e-mail, if you want HG to have this info) PRIVATELY to His Grace. HG will not share this information with anyone without your expressed permission. Please do not assume that he has your contact information for HG lost everything. This is Important as HG may need to contact you prior to Pennsic.

Pennsic 2009 News for April:

A reminder that you are allotted only 250 sq.ft. per pre-reg. If your tentage footprint plus 3' all around consumes more than 250 sq.ft. then you must pre-reg enough ADULT ghosts to accommodate your needs. Under no circumstances should you pre-reg minors as ghosts.

If you are planning on inviting guests to camp with us you must first discuss the invitation with me. If you are allowed to extend the invitation then you will be responsible for the dissemination of information to them about camp. At this point, nobody has approached me about guests.
